We’re excited to announce that Joseph B. Callaghan, Inc. has been awarded the International Concrete Repair Institute, Inc. Award of Merit in the Water Structures category for Carnegie Lake Dam for Princeton University! This nationwide award honors outstanding projects specifically in the concrete repair industry.

“This was an incredible project and we are honored to have had the opportunity to work on it.” added Allen Roth, P.E., President of JBCI. “Strong partnerships with Princeton University and subcontractors enabled the JBCI team to lead this project to smooth completion. I am proud but not surprised at the capability of my staff to successfully manage and deliver this large complicated project.”

ICRI received submissions for the Project Awards Program from around the world. Projects were judged on uniqueness, use of state-of-the-art methods, use of materials, functionality, value engineering, and aesthetics. The panel of five judges consisted of engineers, contractors, and manufacturers from all over North America.

The winning projects are honored each year at the Awards Banquet at the ICRI Fall Convention. The Convention will be held November 15-17 at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, LA.
